In Incognito or private mode, your browsing history, cookies and temporary site data are not saved on your device, so this browser option doesn't save which sites were recently visited or what was searched on the device. Not having all of this data saved on your device allows for a fresh page to load for each session, preventing possible errors or other issues you may have on PatientsLikeMe or other sites.
