Why should I clear Cache and Cookies?
Cache and Cookies are parts of files, images and other temporary data created by a website when you visit. This helps the site to load even faster on your next visit! This temporary data may change if the site has been updated. Occasionally clearing this data allows for fresh images and data to load and eliminate possible errors or other issues you may experience.
How do I clear Cache?
*If you choose to clear cache and cookies, you will remove saved usernames and passwords from the websites that you visit, including PatientsLikeMe. If you choose to clear the cache only it will not remove your usernames and passwords.
Make sure all windows and tabs are closed except the one page that you need to clear cache and cookies. Make sure that one page is on the home screen of your internet browser (Chrome or Safari) and not on the PatientsLikeMe site.
