How do I deactivate or delete my account?

• • Click Account at the top of the page when using your computer, on your mobile device click the three lines in the top left corner
  • Click Manage account 
  • Select to deactivate or delete your account

How do I manage my data?

To keep your data on the site for future research, but not get contacted:

• • Update your email preferences, or we can do that for you - your data will still contribute to research, but you don’t have to maintain your account.
  • As a friendly reminder, even if you set all of the notification settings to "No", you will still receive essential communications from PatientsLikeMe via email, for instance like resetting a password, or for important company notices like changes to the Privacy Policy.
