Managing my account and settings on the PLM app

The PLM app lets you easily take control of your PLM account and settings. You can manage your account settings within the PLM app at any time by clicking the menu button in the top left corner.

Here you will find options to manage members, discussions or resources you are following. Quickly manage your conditions or treatments, update your personal information, and manage app settings all from this menu.

Following

Select the ‘Following’ tab to update notification alerts to the content that you would like to track.

Click the ‘Edit’ button to delete discussions from your list. Then, use the slider to manage Members, Tags, and Resources you are following. From here, click the ‘Edit’ button to unfollow members or to delete tags and resources you are no longer interested in.

Conditions & Treatments

Select ‘Manage my conditions’ to add or delete conditions, and the treatments and symptoms associated with each condition. 

Select ‘Manage my treatments’ to add, edit or delete treatments. From here, you can edit a dosage or set up multiple notification reminders for your treatments. After saving a reminder, click ‘Setup a reminder’ again to continue adding notification alerts for the same treatment.

Personal Information

Click the Personal information section to change your profile photo. Then, add more demographics to your profile, write a profile headline, and short story. Use the 'profile headline' section to introduce yourself in a few sentences. How would you describe your medical history to another patient like you? If you are comfortable, use the 'share your story’ section to share more details.

Settings

Use the ‘Settings’ section to update push notifications, manage blocked members, and other account details. 

You can adjust push notifications to receive pop up alerts on your phone for treatment reminders, goal reminders, and private messages on your mobile device. From here, you can also adjust notification alerts for discussion replies or reactions, discussions you are following, new followers and more.  

Use the Blocked members tab to unhide previously blocked posts by members, and to unblock private messages from members.
