Sharing information about your health is a great way to learn more about how you're doing over time. It's also a great way to let others know what you've been through and where you are on your journey as a patient.
You can track your conditions, treatments, symptoms, goals and more by using the MY HEALTH tab.
DailyMe provides a simple way to track how you feel each day. Your emoji choice and any comments you provide will allow other members to react to how you are feeling and show support.
Enter and track your DailyMe history in the My Health Section. To view all your DailyMe entries and DailyMe entries from across the community click 'Read others' stories' or head to the Community tab.
My conditions allow you to add conditions, symptoms, and treatments. Click a condition to provide additional details and update privacy settings. Click here to learn how to remove a condition that you no longer want to monitor.
My Labs provides a way to monitor labs, vitals, and tests in one place. Click the arrow to expand your view. Click a lab to track your progress or to add new test results.
Add new treatments from the ‘My treatments’ section. When adding a new treatment complete the required fields for treatment name, purpose, start date, and dosage amount to save your treatment.
From ‘My treatments’ section, use 'Set up reminders' to add notification alerts to your treatments. Add multiple alerts by clicking 'Add another reminder', and don't forget to save!
To see a full history of a treatment that you’ve reported taking, click on the treatment name. Remember, it’s important to keep track of your treatments and their effectiveness for your condition. Therefore, we ask that you evaluate your experience with your treatment from time to time by clicking the treatment, then click 'Evaluate'.
Keeping your treatments up to date also helps others get real time reviews on what works best for you.
Set up and keep track of goals you've set for yourself like making time for self-care, eating healthy meals, intermittent fasting, going for a walk, and much more from the Goals section.
Add notification reminders to complete your goals, then come back to review your progress!
