Whether you want to be more active, eat healthier or get better sleep, accomplishing your health goals doesn’t have to be difficult! In fact, PLM can help you reach your health goals with customizable tools and reminders. Let’s get started!
- Click the MY HEALTH tab
- Click Goals
- Click Add a Goal
- Click one of the available categories:
Customize the goal to meet your specific needs:
Don’t forget to set a reminder! Be sure to edit the reminder to a time that works for you and click the switch to turn them on! When you are ready, click “Create my goal” to get tracking!
How do I track my health goals?
- Click the MY HEALTH tab
- Click Goals
- Locate the current goal
- Click Track to view your progress
After selecting a goal to track, you will be able to see your progress and indicate if you achieved your goal for the day. You can also edit or delete a goal from this page by clicking Edit:
As you set and complete your achievements, you’ll see the progression bar move towards your specific goal on the main Goals page. Completed goals are indicated by a green ribbon! Great work!
After the time frame set for your goal has been reached, the goal will move down into the Recently Completed section where you can review your progress and set up another goal!
