How do I set and track My Health Goals on PatientsLikeMe?

Whether you want to be more active, eat healthier or get a better sleep, accomplishing your health goals doesn’t have to be difficult! In fact, PLM can help you track your health goals right from the My Health menu. Let’s get started!
From there, click on “Add a Goal” and then select the category that you would like to set a goal in.
After you select a category, you can pick your specific goal from the menu andset the duration.
Don’t forget to set a reminder! Be sure to edit the reminder to a time that works for you and click the switch to turn them on! When you are ready, click “Create my goal” to get tracking!
Now that you have decided on your goals, you can track your progress right here. Click "Track” on a current goal to track your progress.
After clicking into a goal, you will be able to see your progressand indicate if you achieved your goal for the day. You can also edit or delete a goal from this page by clicking “Edit”
As you set goals and record your progress, you’ll see the progress bar fill up on the main goals page.Completed goals are indicatedby a green ribbon! Great work!
After the time frame set for your goal, the goal will move down into the Recently Completed section where you can review your progress and set up another goal!
